logo-kslaThe seminar, "Reindeer husbandry as a resource for the society: Present contribution and future possibilities" is being organized in Uppsala, Sweden December 3-4, 2012 by the Royal Swedish Academy of Agriculture and Forestry and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. It is free of charge for all participants. Registration is now open and can be accessed through the following link: http://www.ksla.se/en/

Reindeer Husbandry is a model for resource management and local food production.  At the seminar, research, on-going activities and success stories will be presented and discussed with a focus towards the future. It promises to be a very interesting and thought provoking discussion.
