The venue will be at the University of Tromsø 15th to 17th November 2010 and the organizers will be the Centre of Sami Studies (SESAM) and the Nordic Council for Reindeer Husbandry Research (NOR).

The conference is multi-disciplinary and participants are invited to present in plenary sessions and poster sessions on all relevant topics and themes concerning reindeer and reindeer husbandry.

However, there will be some main themes, and you are welcome to suggest both on the organising and the themes.

In due time (spring 2010) you will be given more information which will be upgraded successively with invitation, programme and registration procedures. Notice will be available at NOR’s and SESAMS’s web sites (www.rangifer.no; www.sami.uit.no).
