 This week, in Naryan Mar, the capital of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (NAO), an EALÁT Information workshop gets underway. This is another in the series of EALÁT Information workshops that have been held over the last three years in Norway, Finland, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Chukotka, and the Yamal Nenets Autonomous Okrug. EALÁT Information is an Arctic Council Sustainable Development Working Group and the project has already resulted in anumber of publications, reports and documentary.ICR Director Anders Oskal and WRH Chair Mikhail Pogodaev along with several EALÁT project researchers and participants.
