| Tromso Kommune Friendship with Nadym |

The Tromso Kommune made a friendship agreement with the city of Nadym whose Mayor was in Tromso during the Arctic Frontiers Conference, January 20-25, 2008. The Kommune had a news piece on their website with some pictures. ICR Director Anders Oskal and Svein Mathiesen were also present for the ceremony.
