The recent EALAT Information workshop and interviews held in Topolinoe, Sakha Republic, is the subject of a new video on the Reindeer Portal. The video shows clips from the seminar held in the Topolinoe administration buildings, the discussions surrounding snow terminology and castration techniques at a reindeer herders camp outside Topolinoe and finally interviews with reindeer herders who were attending the Reindeer Herders Celebration Day which was being held concurrently.
