 Dr. Robert Corell will be MC'ing and presenting at a side event at COP 15 in Copenhagen that has relevance to caribou. Entitled 'Caribou, People and Resiliency in Arctic North America. The theme of the event is the decline of the Barren-ground caribou and asks if this due to natural cycles, climate change or both?This session features aboriginal hunters/elders and scientists focusing on caribou, climate change, community resilience and adaptation.
