 The Rector of the University of Lapland, Mauri Ylä-Kotola was in Kautokeino last week, accompanied by Outi Snellman, Council member of the UArcrtic. Both Anders Oskal and Svein Mathiesen gave presentations to Ylä-Kotola and Snellman about the work of the Centre and the ongoing progress in the EALÁT project and avenue for cooperation weere explored. ICR also took the guests onto the tundra by snowmobile, close to the Finnish border. Ylä-Kotola was also visiting the Sami University College.
