The Permanent Participants will be here in strength as will a large number of Observers, including sizeable delegations from Korea and China. The event is even more international than usual as many of delegates will be overnighting in Hetta, Finland. The meeting is covered on the front page of the Arctic Council webpage and you can download the meeting agenda here. The village of Guovdageaidnu / Kautokeino is readying itself for the Senior Arctic Officials meeting, November 19-20. Over 170 attendees are confirmed, with representatives from all 8 Arctic countries.
