Oskal Attends AC SDWG Meeting, Greenland

ICR Director Anders Oskal attended the Arctic Council Sustainable Development Working Group (SDWG) meeting this week in Nuuk, Greenland. This marks the beginning of the 2 year cycle of the Arctic Council under the Danish chairmanship and the first steps in preparation for the first Arctic Council Senior Arctic Officials Meeting that will be held in Copenhagen in November of this year. The Association of World Reindeer Herders is an Observer to the Arctic Council and has an SDWG project which will run for the next 2 years, EALÁT Information - Reindeer Herders Voice.
